The U.S. Naval Academy seeks an Assistant Women’s Golf Coach and assistant course professional to assist with the development and organization of a competitive NCAA Division I Women’s Golf program and instruct members of the Naval Academy golf course. Coaching responsibilities include recruiting, program administration, developing practice plans, team travel coordination, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
In addition, this position will also serve as an assistant golf professional with the Naval Academy Golf Association. Duties will include pro shop administration, providing lessons to members, and providing operational assistance to the Head Pro. This is an opportunity to secure and retain membership as appropriate in the LPGA and the PGA of America.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, coaching experience, the ability to recruit academically and athletically qualified students, and the knowledge of and ability to abide by NCAA and all other governing rules and regulations.
