What you'll do…

• Assist with the supervision of the outside service and golf shop attendant staff
• Manage starting times and pace (including tee sheet recording/reconciliation)
• Manage the Pro Shop point of sale system
• Promote Tetherow Golf Club program and events
• Assist with tournament operations, outside services, and teaching and coaching responsibilities
• Work directly with the Head Professional and First Assistant to promote your professional goals and career path
• Play golf with members, spouses, and juniors
• Anything else dictated by the A-1 or A-8
• PGA Apprenticeship or Enrollment encouraged
• Working knowledge of golf operations, computer skills, rules and etiquette, PGA instructional techniques, merchandising and sales techniques.
• Previous experience and employment at accredited golf operations.
• A thorough knowledge of golf operations, supervising and delegating techniques.
• Experience providing excellent customer service with members and guests.
