Chicago School of Golf is expanding. With our growth, we are looking for dedicated golf coaches who have taught an average of 30 hours a week year-round. 

Our facilities include two outdoor golf course and an indoor training center. The indoor training center is equipped with Trackman 4's, Foresight's, a Puttview putting green and Capto.

The job requires teaching junior programs, individual lessons, group lessons, competitive leagues, and seasonal golf instructional programs. 

This position requires an average of 40 hours a week throughout the year. As a company, we value family time. All staff receives 21 Holidays off with full pay, multiple staff appreciation days a year, and paid time off. 

1. Implement and execute all facets of the golf instruction program.
2. Self-motivated with a desire to promote and market lessons.
3. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
4. Open-minded individual.
5. Follow the lesson module and follow up post lesson.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to Chicago School of Golf students.
7. Experience using Trackman and Foresight Technology.
8. Implement new ideas for programming.
9. Present a professional appearance and exceptional communication skills.
10. Always be learning and educating yourself.
11. Respond promptly to students.
12. Work in a team environment.
13. Monitor training aids, video equipment, launch monitors, etc. to ensure all are up-to-date and in good working order.
14. Open to teaching all levels of players.
15. Assist with the development of programming designed to attract new and existing golfers.
