The head coach is responsible for coaching, recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes and budget management.

This position works within the Department of Athletics and corresponds with parents, recruits, visiting teams and community members. This position reports directly to the Sr. Associate AD.

Responsible for the development and management of a Division I program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University, Sun Belt Conference and the NCAA.

As the head coach, this position will be responsible for overseeing the women’s golf program in areas of coaching technical and tactical aspects of the game, student-athlete recruitment and retention, organization and administration. The head coach also manages a budget and oversees assistant/volunteer coaches.

The head coach oversees the women’s golf team by encouraging & monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes under their supervision.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and demonstrated successful collegiate coaching or PGA experience.
