Evergreen Golf Course is looking to hire an Assistant Golf Course Operator. The Assistant Golf Course Operator will assist with management duties within the Pro Shop, including overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing management, and ensuring excellent customer service standards. 

The Assistant Golf Course Operator will be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily operations of the Evergreen Golf Pro Shop
• Pro Shop merchandising, purchasing, and vendor relations
• Broad-level customer service duties including responding to inquiries and complaints, sales transactions, booking tee times, and ensuring customer retention
• Assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training of seasonal Pro Shop staff
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring of the annual budget
• Coordinating the setup of tournaments, special events, and related activities
• Oversight of facility maintenance
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Head Golf Course Operator
