Urban Golf Performance is an all-in-one performance facility for golfers of any level looking to enhance and grow their love for the game. We offer multiple departments; Golf Coaching, Recovery, Fitness, and Club Fitting under one roof, resulting in constant cohesion and collaboration between service providers on the team. 
We are looking for Full-Time Golf Performance Coaches looking to join our team. 
The Golf Performance Coach will:

  • Collaborate with other golf and fitness coaches to best serve the clients’ golf and personal development before, during, and after coaching sessions

  • Create a 5-star customer experience by going above and beyond for each client and anticipating their needs

  • Assess and facilitate a Development Plan to improve overall health, golf ability, physical fitness, and mobility

  • No prior coaching experience or certifications necessary

  • There is a fully paid training period, where all necessary skills will be taught before coaching sessions 

  • Learn alongside and coach with experienced coaches, fitness trainers, and recovery specialists

  • Starting salary of $55,000-$75,000 with monthly bonus opportunities
