Club Overview:

The Bridgewater Club is a traditional and refined private club community for those seeing the highest level of personal service and extraordinary golf and lifestyle experiences, in Carmel Indiana.  There is flexiblity with this role.  It can be full- time (benefitted) or full-time seasonal (non-benefitted.)

Essential Responsiblities:

• Assist in all aspects of the Golf Operation to ensure programs, products and service levels that exceed both member and guest experiences.
• Support and lead in golf leagues (adult and youth), tournaments, outings and special events.
• Create and coordinate golf experiences including and not limited to junior leagues, special events, workshops and specialty clinics, golf learning programsduring peak and off peak times, both year-round and seasonally.
• Play and promote the games with the membership including men, women and juniors.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining other services such as the handicapping system.
• Have a solid understanding or interest in learning computer systems that support operations and the game ie:  Northstar, Golf Genius, Golfhits, Handicapping systems
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner maintaining a professional image.
• Promote all club activities and be a team player with other departments.
• Assist with inventory monthly physical inventories and golf shop sales.Modeling and communicating rules and policies of the Club.
• Maintaining pleasant and professional golf shop and golf counter support for the membership
• Opening and closing manager responsibilities
• Hiring and leading the Golf Outside Service Team
