Nestled between Naples and Fort Myers and located within the Pelican Landing Community, The Colony Golf & Country Club is a very upscale, private 18-hole facility.  Situated on the bay and adajacent to the Gulf of Mexico, the club enlisted Jerry Pate to design the championship course which was established back in 1999.  The course is entirely made up of Platinum Paspalum grass which creates the ideal playing service for all levels of play.

Position Summary:

The First Assistant will work directly with the Director of Golf to insure the success of the operation while creating memorable experiences for the Members and their guests.  Along with Assisting the Direcor of Golf with managing the operations, the position will focus on three key areas:

• Player Development  
• Merchandising 
• Tournament Operations
