The successful candidate should be a PGA/LPGA member in good standing; have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working full-time as a PGA/LPGA Teaching Professional (not counting internships); have experience working at a high-end, high-activity private
facility; exhibit a ‘Just Do It’ attitude and be willing to do whatever it
takes to contribute to the success of the facility; have a caring and friendly
demeanor and be willing to exceed member expectations with regard to service
and commitment; have proven interpersonal skills; and, most importantly, be a
self-motivated individual who is highly personable.  The successful candidate should be technologically proficient (ideally owning their own technology); have proven playing ability;
and have a track-record of successful students.

The successful candidate will have the ability to set their own schedule.  It’s expected that the selected candidate should be earning a minimum of $40k-$60k seasonally (assuming 5-6 months of work),
with significant upside.
