18 hole, private, member owned club is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging teaching professional that values relationships through results and accountability. The position is full-time, year-round, with winter months utilizing the indoor training / practice facility. The Club has 320 golf families and 75 racquets members that may take golf lessons. Guests of members are permitted to take instruction. Facilities include a range with segregated teaching tee accommodating all full swing clubs, a multi-tier 18 hole putting green, pitching / bunker area, indoor simulator and unique short-course play area.

The Club has vibrant women’s programs with over 100 women subscribed to the 9 and / or 18 hole playing groups. The Teaching Professional will administer the Junior Golf Program, including the PGA Junior League team.  Staff currently consists of a GM / DOG who does very little teaching and Assistant Professionals that teach and cannot fulfill member instructional demand due to operational responsibilities.

A base salary will be provided in addition to:

• 100% of instruction income.
• Allowance for payment of professional association dues.
• Health insurance, vacation, and other benefits per company polices.
