The Bella Vista Property Owners Association is currently seeking an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent at our Country Club Golf Maintenance facility.  The person they seek should be able to direct and participate in the maintenance of the golf course tees, greens, fairways, and cart paths.  They will supervise the maintenance and repair of motorized and other mechanical equipment and may serve in the superintendent's capacity during his/her absence.  They will assist in the management of and participation in the construction and maintenance of golf course tees, greens, fairways, roads and paths at a golf course facility.  They will schedule staff assignments for daily course set up and checks for completion, oversee golf course maintenance work orders through to completion, and they would support all safety initiatives such as training for employees to ensure that staff is working within OSHA, BVPOA safety policies and procedures, and state and federal guidelines for safe working conditions.  If interested, please visit our website at bellavistapoa.com or come by the Human Resources Office located inside of the Bella Vista Country Club.
