Maintain the performance of all golf operations and services. Assist the Head Golf Professional with numerous activities relating to the management and operations of the Club’s golf program while promoting an exceptional golf experience for all members and their guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service to the members and their guests at all times.
• Mentors Golf Operations Interns and Shop Assistants.
• Assists in the management of Joe Gagliano’s Golf Shop with purchases, receipts, displays, inventory control, promotion and sale of merchandise.
• Provides a positive and professional working atmosphere that encourages excellence.
• Controls and manages play by performing ranger duties when needed; ensures guest check-in and fee collection in coordination with the Outside Services Staff.
• Assists in running the Club’s Annual Golf Events Schedule.
• Provides golf instruction and clinics that are consistent with instructional methods, policies and procedures established by the Head Golf Professional.
• Assists the Head Golf Professional in developing and growing the Club’s Junior Golf Program; develop and coordinate all junior and family golf programming.
• Plays golf with Club members and their guests to generate enthusiasm.
• Manages the rental clubs, demo clubs & fitting equipment.
• Interprets and enforces golf rules and regulations.
• Assists in the management the Club Car fleet and golf operations service vehicles.
• Assists in management of the driving range and short game facility.
• Maintains a neat and organized work space.
• Attends appropriate departmental staff meetings.
• Represents themselves to the membership and within the community in a professional manner consistent with the brand that Wachesaw represents.
• Consistently complies with the rules and regulations stated in the Club’s Employee Handbook.
• Maintains an active membership in the PGA of America.
• Encouraged to participate in Chapter, Sectional and National PGA programs.
