Job Description

Looking for an experienced PGA/LPGA Teaching Professional to lead the Haworth Country Club teaching program, gross in excess of $40,000 annually. Must have experience with all age and level of golfers.

This position will work closely with the Director of Golf on all aspects of the golf operation. The primary focus will be on teaching. Other responsibilities will be golf shop and tournament operations. This is a year round position.

Requirement

· Must be a PGA or LPGA Member of America membership in good standing in an active classification

· Must be a US Kids Certified Instructor

· Must be TPI Certified.

· Must have minimum of 5 years of extensive golf teaching experience.

· Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations

· Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills

· Self-motivated with desire to promote and market

· Service and customer focused attitude

· Experienced computer user including; JONAS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Golf Genius. Proficient in other applications, i.e. email, internet, tournament and database

· Maintain a credible golf game and remain current on teaching innovations

Compensation & Benefits

· $40,000 to $60,000 first year

· Health insurance after first 30 days trail period

· 401 K pension after 1 year of qualification

· 1 week of vacation days with 1 additional days added per year, must be used during off-season
