Junior Leader, ExperienceGolf at CommonGround Golf Course

Seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to oversee the teaching and administration of Junior and Outreach programming at CommonGround Golf Course, Aurora, CO

Duties (to include but not limited to)

• Instruction / Coaching:
  • Operation36 Junior Group Programs and administration
  • Outreach Programs
  • PGA Junior League
  • Adult Group Programs
  • Private and Semi-Private Lessons
  • Daily Set-up and Clean-up of Private Instruction area
  • Answering of company phone
  • Returning phone and email inquiries
  • Develop Promotional Material
  • Liaison with CGA / Outreach program Scheduling and Programming coaching needs
  • Social Media updates
  • Research of new technology and teaching aids
  • Web-site and Newsletter updating
  • Trailer and Equipment upkeep and organization
  • Attend team meetings
  • Attend minimum of one education seminar per year

Compensation Based on Experience:  

• Percent of Private Instruction
• Hourly rate for Adult, Junior and Outreach Programs
• Possible Profit Sharing for Junior Programming
