EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

• Previous fitting experience a plus

• Knowledge of Ball flight principals

• Basic Knowledge of Golf Club Design principals

• Operation of various technology pieces

• Putting diagnostic tools

• SAM Putt Lab

• Quintic Ball Roll Systems

• Familiarity with various club measurement devices and tools

• Mitchell Loft & Lie Machines

• Comfort and proficiency using various computer based systems and software

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Proactively engage all patrons, clients and company partners in a friendly, helpful, professional manner

• Offer elite level customer service during throughout all phases of the fitting process (Pre-fitting, during the fit and post-fitting)

• Educate the customer on any recommendations made, and explain each fitting prescription

• Provide any necessary follow-up to past customers related to their order status

• Help provide support for any warranty returns and facilitate other customer service support

• Compile reports in timely manner

• Maintain neat and professional work area

• Measure and analyze customers current equipment

• Thoroughly test, analyze head/shaft combos based on results and ability

• Communicate to HQ all details of production and delivery schedules of equipment sales

• Keep a current demo matrix as outlined by the management staff.

• Maintain demo matrix, making sure all demo offerings are clean and in functional condition

• Work with accounting/customer service when required on specific orders

• Assist with localized marketing efforts to drive traffic to fitting facility

• Responsible for accurate end-of-day reports
