Job Description:The Assistant Professional will be involved in ALL areas of the golf operation including but not limited to- daily operations management, merchandising and inventory management, regularly playing golf and teaching the membership, managing junior instructional sports programs, managing and outside service team, and execution of a busy tournament and events schedule.


Qualifications: The qualified candidate will possess a positive, willing to do-it-all atitude that shows up at the Club every day looking to make the operation and himself/herself better every day.

 

Compensation Information:

• Salary $575-$675 per week based on experience
• Junior Sports Instruction Income $1,000-$2,000
• Club Repair $500
• Lessons $0-$3000 based on experience and motivation
• Season End Performance Bonus
• Clothing and uniforms provided
• Practice and playing priviliges
• Encouraged to play in weekly Pro-Ams and regional events as the schedule permits
• Staff equipment deal available
• Meals provided while on duty
