Female Assistant

OPPORTUNITY This is a good opportunity for a young professional to learn under a PGA Master Professional and GOLF Magazine "Top 100" teacher with 45 years of teaching experience. This is best way to become a great teacher is to work under an accomplished instructior with a proven track record of success.


I am the owner and founder of two new company--THE YIPS CLINIC OF PHOENIX and GOLF LESSONS IN YOUR HOME. These two businesses will be marketed and operated as two different brands separately.

-The primary focus will be establishing THE YIPS CLINIC OF PHOENIX. The market for this product will be men 40 years and older.

-The market for GOLF LESSON IN YOUR HOME will primarily be women.


This short term goal for the businesses is to first establish a foothold in the Scottsdale area and then expand it to other major cities in the United Stares.

This is an opportunity for the candidate to be on the ground floor of the business as it expands.

The launch date for the business in which services will be offered is January 1, 2018.
In the beginning, the business will pass through two different phases:

-The first phase, which begins October 15th, involves pre-promotion of the business and services offered.

-The second phase which begins January 1st, involves the offering of services.

The requirements of the job then will change as the company moves through these two different phases.

The candidate would at the beginning then be assisting with all facets of operation as needed to guarantee its success when launched.

I will be running the business to some degree remotely for a period of time, going back and forth between Minneapolis and Phoenix.

The initial plan is for me is to spend two weeks n Phoenix and then return to Minneapolis for a week. This pattern would tentatively repeat itself through April, 2018

The candidate would then operate the company in my absence.

Based on the above. the job description is as follows:



COMMUNICATIONS PHASE 1 and PHASE 2 ACTIVITY

-Ability to work with the owner seemlessly.

-Prompty communicate with owner on a regular basis

-Act as liaison between owner and clients as required.

-Report feedback from all sources regarding the business and services offered.

MARKETING PHASE 1 ACTIVITY

-Actively promote the services offered by the company.

-Actively promote the credentials of the owner, with the intention of creating credibility, interest and visibility for the company.

-Assist owner with all marketing and advertising activities.

-Become familiar with the services be offered while developing an understand of the problem faced by clients.

SALES PHASE 1 ACTIVITY

-Visit major golf courses in the area and present referral package to head professionals dressed for business.

-As required conduct telephone and in-person consultation with clients.

-Increase and drive sales in whatever manner possible.

-Close sale after owner's presentation.


DELIVERY OF SERVICES PHASE 2 ACTIVITY

-Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude throughout the work day.

-Develop and cultivate an attitude of caring and compassion for clients that are suffering from this malady.

-Perform errands as required.

-Dress sport casual when calling on clients in keeping with golf industry fashion.

-Operate company in owner's absence.

-Assist with lessons as required.



OPERATIONS PHASE 2 ACTIVITY

-Schedule and confirm appointments.

-Accompany owner to clients residences.

-Assist owner with set-up of equipment in client's home.

-Make suggestions for improved operations.

-Assist with paper work and forms.

-Act in owner's stead when absent.
