Here at BackSwing, we have more than 240 women working nationwide to help raise money for charities and organizations through golf outings. While some may assume our team is made up of women pursuing professional golf careers or aiming for the LPGA, that’s not always the case. Our mission is to support women after college, TEACHING PROS, former collegiate players by offering flexible work opportunities that allow you to network with CEOs, business owners, and managers across every industry.   

You’ll use your golf skills to help local charities raise more money—while also building meaningful connections with influential leaders to grow your netowrk of clients. Whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time work, we offer flexible scheduling, making it easy to work with us even if you have another job lined up.  We can pair well with any career a former collegiate player has taken.
