The Sand Trapp, a fast-growing indoor golf and performance facility in Dublin, CA, is seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Golf Instructors to join our team. We offer state-of-the-art indoor simulators, advanced tech (PuttView, launch monitors), a strong junior program, and a high-volume location with built-in demand.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced coach to build a loyal book of students in a premium learning environment.
Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one and group golf instruction to adults and juniors
• Deliver coaching across a variety of disciplines: swing fundamentals, short game, AimPoint-style putting concepts, course management, and on-course strategy
• Teach effectively in an indoor simulation environment
• Work with junior golfers (beginner through competitive levels)
• Maintain detailed lesson notes, student progress plans, and organized scheduling
• Represent The Sand Trapp with professionalism and strong communication
• Participate in junior clinics, events, and special programs
• Collaborate with ownership and staff to maintain a high-quality customer experience
Qualifications
Must have at least one of the following:
• PGA or LPGA Professional (Associate or Member)
• Collegiate golf playing experience
• TPI Certification (Level 1 or above)
• Recognized golf teaching certification (USGTF, NG360, etc.)
Preferred Skills:
• Experience teaching in indoor simulator environments
• Junior golf coaching experience
• Understanding of AimPoint principles or similar putting systems
• Ability to simplify concepts and communicate effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working with families and kids
