Staff Teaching Professional 

MAKE THE TURN Golf Performance 

Pronghorn Club

Bend, Oregon 97701



Main Objectives: 

Create and Run Ladies Program (Our #1 Priority) 

Develop and Run Junior Initiatives (TBD) 

Assist in 2-Day Golf Schools (Flat Rate $800/Day) 

Teach Private Lessons (Keep 100% of Lesson Income) 

Terms of Employment 

Starting Date: April 2025 

End Date: October/November 2025

Qualifications 

*Teaching experience required (We are willing to train and develop introductory level coaches) 

*Start and End Dates are flexible based on applicant’s schedule. Applicant is welcome to come earlier and stay longer or come later and leave sooner if they wish. 

*Looking for someone interested in spending multiple seasons with us. 

*Seeking high-energy individual who is great with people. Ability to create inspired programming with solid organizationals skills required. 

* Must be willing to be part of a team environment with an interest in learning and collaborating with other coaches. 

*1099 position. Applicant creates their own schedule. Retains 100% of Private Lesson Income.

Pronghorn Club has 36 holes (Fazio and Nicklaus Designed Courses).  We have both a private membership as well as resort golf open to the public. The facility has a fully operational indoor/outdoor teaching studio. Robust grass lesson tee and multiple expansive short game areas. We have a 104 room lodge with every possible amenity.
