The Club at 12 Oaks and Andrew Kiger Golf LLC are looking for a LPGA or PGA Teaching Professional who is excited about growing the game of golf!

 

Andrew Kiger has a passion for mentoring up and coming instructors and has lead many PGA Professionals down the path of becoming elite instructors, directors of instruction, business owners, and head professionals.  He has made his mark in the Raleigh/Holly Springs area as one of the premier instructors in NC. He was rated #5 in NC and is a Master Top 50 Operation 36 Coach. He is looking forward to hiring a partner in instruction who can help take on the intense demand for golf instruction at The Club at 12 Oaks.

 

The Club at 12 Oaks is a young, vibrant, active club in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The golf course is a challenging Jack Nicklaus Design. The club has all country club amenities to include 3 pools, tennis, pickle ball, Fitness Center, F45 Studio, and dining facilities. The Club at 12 Oaks is a private club owned by Concert Golf Partners.

With a base salary and a commission on private lessons, a hard working professional, who knows how to implement and foster a fun learning environment for his or her students, can expect to make $65,000-100,000 in their first year with more room to grow.  

 

This position will work closely with Andrew Kiger to set class schedules and design player development programs. The instructor would be facilitating our already successful programs Operation 36, PGA Junior League, and Birdie Basics.

 

The instructor will have access to advanced technology such as Trackman, GC Quad, Flightscope X3, Capto 2.0, Sportsbox,  video analysis, and various other aids. They will also receive in depth training on instruction, understanding the golf swing, and developing golf programs. PGA Dues, Operation 36 certification, Stitch apparel uniforms,  and an educational allowance will be paid for as well.
