Piper’s Landing Yacht and Country Club is a member owned private country club community on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Our championship golf course is a challenging design of 6922 yards. The community consists of 302 homes with 458 active handicaps in GHIN. It winds through an atmosphere of graceful palm trees, oak hammocks and tropical flowering foliage. The golf course is impeccably maintained and offers six different tee boxes that never lose their allure.

The Assistant Golf Professional will assist the Head Golf Professional with executing essential support functions to the Golf Shop operation. This will include tournament operation, assisting in overseeing the golf shop operation, managing and tracking play, working hand in hand with the outside staff, individual and group instruction, playing with members and ensuring the members have an exceptional golf experience.

Essential Responsibilities

Managing all Tournament Operations throughout the season utilizing Golf Genius

Conduct Individual and Group Lessons with an active membership

Opening and Closing of the Golf Shop

Assist the Golf Professional with managing the staff and the Golf Operation

Assists golf professional in instructing and with merchandising, on-course, cart and personnel management responsibilities.

Assist in maintaining pro shop inventory control system.

Assist members and guests by providing, interpreting and enforcing club and golf policies, USGA rules & regulations ensuring all club members/guests receive prompt, professional service.

Managing the Tee Sheet using Member First

Coordinates events, posts team schedules and scores. Maintains handicap records.
