Job Tasks: Essential responsibilities 

* Strong tournament operation knowledge 
* Keep golf shop neat and clean
* Merchandising 
* Record Pro Shop sales with daily report- turn in to accounting
* Assist in pricing and tagging as directed by the merchandise
* Engage our membership in selling merchandise
* Follow all daily procedures
* Post all sweeps and credit book postings 
* Thoroughly understand overall operations
* Keep Pro Shop supplies current; scorecards, starting sheets, tees, pencils, etc.
* Issue electric carts to players, give operating instructions, as well as collect all aplicable fees      for play
* Act as starter
* Have cart user sign registration ticket which delineates insurance procedures
* Check cart at end of play, inspect for details
* Create tournament notices, send e-mails about upcoming events
* Supervise play in accordance with club rules
* Maintain proper cart rotation and regular maintenance documentation
* Keep track of private golf cart licensing
* Telephone members for the purpose of recruiting tournament participation
* Responsible for upkeep and care of club owned electric carts
* Assist in UPS and other shipping operations
* Help members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags on carts
* Strong teach knowledge and the game of golf – Clinics and private lessons
* Provide private member cart maintenance for designated fee
* Enforce dress code established by Board of Directors for all golfers.
* Ensure all communications with members are respectful and professional

May be delegated to supervise other shop personnel as determined by Director of Golf
