About Northwood Club and Existing Staff:
Northwood Club is a premier country club established in 1946 and located in Dallas, Texas, best known for hosting the 1952 U.S. Open. The newly renovated Championship Golf Course was named #1 Best Golf Course Renovation in Avid Golfer Magazine and recognized as the Best Overall Country Club in DFW for 2021 and 2022. The club also has a Distinguished Clubs of the World Emerald Designation for outstanding member service.
We are a large operation. The club does approxamately 30,000 rounds per year, and we stay very busy with innovative Junior Development Programs, Member Tournaments, and an Award Winning Golf Shop.
We have a large team, and we are focused on developing and improving as individuals and as a team.

Experience Required
Education Preferences:
- 4 Year Degree (preferred)
- Enrolled in the PGA PGM Program (preferred, not required)
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Traits:
- Experience working as part of a Team. Someone who puts their team first.
- Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, rules of golf, golf facility operations and tournament operations.
- Self-motivated.
- Display a love of the game. Love to Play. Love to help others with their game.
- Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Service and Member focused attitude.
Essential Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:
- Assist with reception and greeting of members and guests; control and manage play.
- Play golf with a variety of Members.
- Assist in the inventory management (receiving, maintaining, selling, etc.) of all hard goods, soft goods, and special orders.
- Assist in tournament operations and weekly events including planning, pre-tournament checklists, post- tournament billing, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow up.
- Assist with conducting a thorough Jr. Golf Program; Active and busy schedule including approximately 130 kids between the ages of 4-13.
- Engage in all golf operations planning and Budgeting.
