OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
• To teach and assist in all facets of the Precision Golf Junior Development program
• Instruct private golf lessons to customers of all ages through Precision Golf School
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
JUNIOR PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION: Provide structure for the Junior Development Program to operate from a staffing, schedule and instructional standpoint.
• Coordinate and operate the Operation36 Junior program at Bur-Mil & Bryan Park, including teaching weekly clinics, facilitating testing, and updating online program to track, monitor and communicate progress
• Assist in the administration of the junior program including timely collection of academy fees/dues
• Maintain communication with families on player progress and goals
• Assist in the operations of the TYGA Triad tournament program, including assistance on site when needed
• Coordinate and operate junior camp program, including camps at Bur-Mil Park, Bryan Park and off-site partners in partnership with junior golf directors
• Maintain accurate accounting, hour logs & attendance records, including monthly report for Supervisor
TEACHING PROFESSIONAL: To teach the game of golf to players of all ages and skill levels to help them gain a better enjoyment of the game through improved game skills and technique.
• Build personal instructional base expanding on existing customer base provided by Precision Golf School
• Offer half and full hour lessons to customers, including 3, 5 and 10 lesson packages for repeat customers
• Rate structure to be set based on teaching experience with Supervisor
• Private lesson times are not to conflict with Junior Program duties as assigned
DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• This is a salaried, full-time position, with a base salary starting at $27,000-32,000 based on experience
• Addition compensation for private instruction on a commission basis
• Bonus for junior golf program performance also included
