The Director of Golf Operations shall be responsible for the general administration, management, coordination, and supervision of the day-to-day activities of the Operations Manager, course management, food and beverage operations, merchandise operations and general maintenance of the course and facilities and their events to ensure that the services are provided in an efficient, effective, and timely manner.

Under the direction of the Vice President of Golf Operations, the Director of Golf Operations is responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring golf, food and beverage, merchandise, and sales operations to insure revenue generation and the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the overall appearance/integrity of the course and facilities for the customers of the golf course.

In addition, the Director of Golf Operations shall be responsible for the implementation and adherence to Authority operational policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation and quality of service.
