Country Club of Decatur is a premier private club located in Central Illinois with a rich history dating back to 1899.  This position will provide the selected candidate with a hands on experience in all facets of the Golf Operation.  It will allow the individual to learn, grow, and develop as a Head Golf Professional.  This position will report to the Director of Golf.  An emphasis on the Member Experience, Tournament Operations, Jr Golf, and staffing.  An adequate work/life balance will be taken into consideration with this position.

Essential Responsibilities

Assist/Manage all day to day facets of the Golf Operation with specific responsibilities related to, but not limited to:

• Tournment Operations
• Jr Golf Program
• Men's & Women's Leagues
• Soft & Hard Goods Merchandising
