The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is searching for an LPGA Member or apprentice professional seeking LPGA or PGA membership, or both! The Director of Instruction is responsible for giving the majority of private golf lessons as well as conducting clinics and creating programs for the various Member organizations. The successful candidate has experience introducing video and launch monitor technology as a teaching tool when felt applicable. Club fitting is a key ingredient in our teaching program so experience definitely a must in that critical area. The main role is teaching and all that goes with the position.

The Peninsula Golf & Country Club is a private, 18 hole facility founded in 1911. It is an active, family oriented facility which includes tennis, swimming and fitness programs. PGCC is the only Donald J. Ross design west of Colorado. We are seeking candidates with great people skills who feel comfortable in a private club atmosphere and enjoy working! A positive attitude, professional manner and appearance are essential.

The Director of Instruction is a Club employee. Lesson income has ranged from $95 to $135 annually.  Benefits: Meal provided every work day. Golf privileges on Mondays. Uniform allowance.
