About the Club

The Club at New Seabury is a premier Private Golf Community, boasting resort amenities with spectacular views of the iconic Nantucket Sound. With 36 holes, full-service clubhouse, five restaurants, two beach clubs and beach bars, state-of-the-art fitness facility, sixteen tennis courts, pools, walking trails & more, membership at New Seabury provides a Cape Cod vacation lifestyle. The club has 400 golf members that play 25,000 rounds annually.  The Ocean Course is well known for its ocean front setting and has long been considered one of the most difficult courses in Massachusetts.  Recently the club underwent a $20 million dollar renovation that included renovations to both courses, the clubhouse and athletic center. 

Assistant Golf Professional

The successful candidate should have a passion for the game of golf and a desire to help others.  This person should be a team player, have an engaging upbeat personality, and can maintain composer under pressure.  The candidate should be a member in good standing with the PGA/LPGA of America or enrolled in the PGA/LPGA Associate Program and have the goal of becoming a Head Golf Professional or Teaching Professional.

The Assistant Golf Professional will work closely with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional to provide an exceptional golf experience.  The Assistant will aid in the planning, organizing, promoting and execution of all golf programs and operations including but not limited to:

Promote and provide exceptional service

Provide golf instruction

Tournament operations

Play with all segments of the membership

Club repair

Junior golf

Supervise service staff

Coordinate daily play, starting and monitoring pace of play
