FACILITY DESCRIPTION: Rehoboth Beach Country Club was established in 1925 and is the premier private country club on the Delmarva Peninsula. The club is located on beautiful property overlooking the Rehoboth Bay just a short drive from downtown Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. The club is service – oriented with a newly renovated state of the art clubhouse, offering a variety of unique dining and banquet opportunities.  There are currently 515 golfing membership with several generational family members. The club features a championship style 18-hole golf course with a signature 19^th hole overlooking the Rehoboth Bay, a newly renovated two-sided driving range with two putting greens and a short game area.  The golf operation features a full service golf shop offering a variety of merchandise, instruction, clinics, and a full tournament schedule for the enjoyment of all members and guests. 

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports directly to the Head Golf Professional. The direct job responsibilities include:

• Ensure highest of standards in excellence and member satisfaction are achieved
• Highly motivated and embraces continuous improvement both personally and professionally
• All Ladies Golf Events (Assist Seasonal Assistant with all communication and set up of 9 Hole Ladies)
• All Mixed Events (Includes Twilight)
• Day to Day Shop Operations
• Invoicing (Merchandising)
• Manage Caddie Program
• Lessons (Scaled back with the addition of Full-time instructor)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• PGA/LPGA Class A Member in good standing
• Strong golf knowledge and proficient playing ability
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience (if applicable, including internships)
• Private Club Experience
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communications

COMPENSATION BREAKDOWN:

• Salary - $40,000 (52 weeks)
• Lessons & Clinics - $3,000 – $6,000
• Club Repair Commission - $200 - $500
• Total - $43,200 - $46,500
