The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for assisting the Merchandiser and Golf Shop Manager in a variety of duties such as providing customer service and support to all members and guest, assisting in monthly reports, and maintaining inventory of supplies.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations:

Assist the Merchandiser and Golf Shop Manager with their areas of responsibility.

Support the activity at the Member Services Desk

Register play and enter all related charges.

Answer the Golf Shop Phones and professionally contribute to our services and programs through these interactions.

Support the Director of Golf as needed and keep him informed.

Assist in the organization of all reports.

Serve as the support person and perform all the duties required of the position.

Help administer a physical inventory count every other month.

Assist in processing invoices with the Store Manager promptly in order to obtain all discounts.

Assist merchandisers with displays and promotions.

Assist in providing customer service and support to our sales areas.

Support the maintenance and reconciliation of all sales records and reports as outlined by the Director and Golf Shop Manager.

Assist with the management of the Golf Shop counter.

Maintain the inventory of all supplies such as tissue, boxes, and gift-wrap.
