Morton Golf is a management company operating the four City of Sacramento golf facilities.  This position is specifically at the Haggin Oaks Golf Complex as a "Golf Development Professional".  This position focuses specifically on two areas, teaching/coaching and fitting golf equipment in the #1 green grass golf shop in America, the Haggin Oaks Super Store.  The facility is a busy, 36-hole facility, having a 15,000 sq. ft. retail store and an additional indoor to outdoor fitting center with two TrackMan units.  The position is very specialized in that it focuses solely on creating relationships and driving revenues through teaching and fitting consumers.  Morton Golf invests heavily into it's Core Purpose of "Enriching Lives, Once Customer at a Time."  The position is a 100% commission based job, receiving a % of lessons given, fitting fees and sales from merchandise sold.  The % are based on tenure and experience.  This is a large volume facility, with the average Professional making between $40,000 - $60,000.  There is shared medical and dental as well as other privileges which can be discussed during the interview process.
