Seeking a driven, creative and passionate professional to join our teaching staff. This is a commissioned based position with excellent potential for private lessons, group instruction, junior coaching, club fitting and club sales. 

This teaching professional will work closely with the Director of Instruction to develop and implement programs/clinics to serve the surrounding communities. The Teaching Professional will work at both Oakhurst Golf Club and River Plantation Golf Club along with the Director of Instruction. 
Educational Requirements/Certificataions:

  • College Degree &/or PGA/LPGA member or on a member track.
  • Helpful, but not required would be US Kids certified.
  • Helpful, but not required would be club fitting experience with PING &/or Titliest.
  • Helpful, but not required would be knowledge of Tathata Golf.
  • Helpful, but not required would be V1 on your phone/or tablet to use for video.

Qualifications:

  • Great with people (male/female, adult/junor.)
  • Creative and enjoys planning clinics/group instruction.
  • A minimum of 1 year teaching experience.
  • Can work well in a team-teaching environment with the Director of Instruction.
  • Driven to create their own base of individual clients.
  • A student of the game. Someone still seeking knowledge on how to be a better teacher/instructor. Always open to learning.
  • Enjoys playing with students/clients 1-4 times a month.
  • Strong communication skills (calling, texting or emailing and returing clients calls/texts/emails).
  • Can work well with management, other staff, clients and general public.
