The Country Club of Orlando is one of the largest and oldest Country Clubs in the state of Florida. The club was built in 1911, and underwent a over $5million golf course renovation this year and reopened on December 1st. The reopening has created a buzz amongst the members and has created a great time to become a part of this great and historic club.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Full Time Position

· Work together with golf professional staff to create an exceptional golf shop experience for all members and guests at Country Club of Orlando.

· Maintain the Open to Buy program on an ongoing basis.

· Assist with buying of soft goods and hard goods.

· Create, maintain and rotate merchandise displays in the golf shop.

· Execution of the receiving, checking in and pricing of all merchandise.

· Maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness and shape of the golf shop.

· Manage the ordering, receiving, charging and communications of member special orders.

· Responsible for inventory control and physical monthly counts.

· Maintain an organized merchandise storage room.

· Work with ClubEssential POS and inventory software.

· Assist with golf professional staff with daily golf shop operations.

· Stay current with all golf tournaments and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

· LPGA/PGA Preferred

· Must be a friendly and approachable with the ability to provide quality service to all members and guests.

· Professional personal appearance

· Must be available to work weekend shifts

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· A four-year college degree is preferred

· 2-5 years' work experience at a high end golf facility
