Great opportunity with the Tampa YMCA to join this dynamic, $34.4 million charity. We are seeking a proven, self-motivated, cause-driven professional to join our team. The Lead Golf Coach will implement The First Tee of Tampa Bay curriculum to The First Tee of Tampa Bay participants in all programs offered. Programs would include group lessons, team, tournaments, girls’ golf, P.E. player, Player's Club, afterschool programming and summer camp. The Lead Coach will work with the Program Director to provide year-long programming within The First Tee of Tampa Bay.

RequirementsOur ideal candidate will have a high level of golf experience, with a solid understanding of the game. S/he will be a strong communicator and be experienced managing large groups of children. This position requires a valid driver license and will require frequent local travel between schools and golf courses within Hillsborough County. A flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends, is a must.

Successful completion of cognitive and behavioral assessments, background screening and drug test. First Aid, CPR, AED and 02 obtained within first 30 days of employment and then maintained throughout employment.
