About Mystic Hills Golf

Mystic Hills Golf is a newly developed public driving range and short-game practice facility located in Canton, Georgia, approximately 45 minutes north of Atlanta. The facility features a large natural-grass tee line, target greens, and a short-game practice area serving golfers ranging from beginners to competitive junior players.

Mystic Hills Golf is designed to be a community golf hub supporting junior development, women’s golf programs, high-school golf teams, and golfers of all skill levels.

Position Overview

Mystic Hills Golf is seeking a PGA Professional interested in building and growing a strong instruction program at our facility. This position operates as an independent contractor (1099) with revenue splits on instruction.

The instructor will have the opportunity to develop a personal teaching business through private lessons, women’s clinics, junior development programs, and seasonal golf camps.

Mystic Hills Golf is especially interested in a female instructor to help lead and grow our women’s golf and junior development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide private golf instruction for players of all skill levels
• Conduct women’s beginner clinics and group programs
• Lead junior golf camps and seasonal programs
• Assist with local high school golf practice sessions when applicable
• Help develop and promote instructional programming at Mystic Hills
• Maintain a welcoming and professional teaching environment

Compensation

• Independent Contractor (1099) position
• Revenue split on lessons, clinics, and camps (negotiable)

Qualifications

• PGA Member or PGA Associate in good standing required
• Experience teaching women, juniors, and beginner golfers preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and lead clinics and junior programs
• Motivated to grow an instruction program
