Featherie Sales Director — Remote + Travel
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, outgoing Sales Director to help grow our women’s golf apparel brand across key retail and wholesale channels. This is a remote role with frequent travel to visit accounts, attend events, and build relationships in the golf community. Sales experience is a plus, but we’re equally excited about candidates who are naturally persuasive, proactive, and love connecting with people.
What You’ll Do

Own and grow wholesale sales: pro shops, golf clubs, resorts, boutiques, specialty retailers, and select regional accounts

Build relationships with buyers, golf professionals, merchandisers, and store teams—turning first orders into repeat business

Prospect and open new accounts through outreach, networking, and in-person visits

Plan and execute sales trips: schedule meetings efficiently, prepare samples/materials, and follow up consistently

Manage the sales pipeline (CRM or spreadsheet): track leads, outreach, order status, and next steps with zero items slipping through the cracks

Coordinate product presentations and seasonal line reviews (virtual and in-person)

Support events and trunk shows where helpful (tournaments, women’s golf groups, retail activations)

Communicate customer feedback to the team: best sellers, fit notes, pricing feedback, and assortment opportunities

Partner with marketing to ensure accounts have what they need (imagery, product info, brand story, merchandising support)

Sales experience is a plus, but not required if you have strong relationship-building instincts

Golf industry experience is a plus, but not necessary—curiosity and willingness to learn matter most

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly

Flexible schedule with some weekend/evening availability during events
