Experience Required
- PGA Member, Apprentice, or PGM Student required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team-oriented leader with a hands-on approach.
- Previous experience in golf operations or related hospitality roles preferred.
- A deep passion for golf and knowledge of the game.
Essential Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier service to members and guests on and off the golf course.
- Assist with daily golf operations including tee times, merchandising, and tournament coordination.
- Provide individual and group instruction for players of all skill levels.
- Support the Head Golf Professional and Golf Management Team in executing programs and events.
- Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment for members and guests.
- Assist in merchandising, inventory control, and retail displays in the golf shop.
- Maintain a visible presence on the golf course, practice areas, and around the clubhouse to ensure member satisfaction.
