Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Women's Golf Coach at the University of Delaware, located in Newark, DE. The Assistant Women's Golf Coach will be responsible for providing golf instruction, assisting with managing the golf team, and implementing effective coaching strategies. Key tasks include supporting the head coach in daily training sessions, developing and executing practice plans, and aiding in athlete recruitment and performance evaluation. The role requires a strong focus on developing players' skills and promoting a positive and competitive team environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golf Instruction and Golf skills
• Experience in Golf Management and general golf knowledge
• Skills in Coaching and Sports Coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and team management abilities
• Previous coaching experience at the collegiate level is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related
