Beau Chene Country Club is proud to be a premier destination for golf, leisure, and community in the heart of St. Tammany Parish.  Our golf program is expanding and we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic female assistant golf professional to join our team and further support our commitment to member services and the advancement of women's golf.

Position Overview

As a key ambassador for the club, you will lead women's programming and instruction, member engagement, and assist in pro shop merchandising and purchasing. We’re looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a warm, approachable presence to the course—especially in encouraging and developing our growing community of female and junior golfers.  While Beau Chene has an active ladies' golf program, we are in need of a strong liaison to continue its growth through member outreach and a focus on continued improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group instruction to golfers of all skill levels

• Promote and grow women's golf programs

• Organize clinics, tournaments, and club events when appropriate

• Assist in management of golf shop operations, inventory and merchandising, and member services

• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests

• Collaborate with golf operations team to maintain excellence in service and facilities

Qualifications

• PGA/LPGA membership or certification (or in progress)

• 2+ years of teaching or golf operations experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to engage female and junior golfers

• Passion for the game and a dedication to professional development

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
