Experience Required
While a Class A is preferred, we will consider Associates with a Level 2 or above.
Experience teaching and running summer camps is important.
Experience utilizing aboutGolf simulators with aG Flix and aG Balance (force plates) will be a plus for the ideal candidate.
Experience using appointment scheduling and POS will be a plus. We utilize USchedule.

Base Compensation:
$65,000
Max Compensation:
$100,000
Total Compensation:
$100,000
We expect the Director to earn between $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on the following components:
- Base Pay (Hourly while on floor) $16 to $20. Hours on floor not necessary, but while you build up your clientele, they will be available.
- Commission of classes, camps, lessons, club fitting, etc. (50% after direct expenses)
A typical work week for the Director of Instruction at Play a Round golf will consist of Classes, Private instruction, and guest interaction. We understand that it will take a little time to build a lesson book, so hours on the floor will help offset income until you feel you can teach more. We feel strongly that classes are the best way for you and us to succeed. We expect that will be the highest source of income for all instructors as pay could reach upwards of $200 per hour for a class. Our instructors enjoy a work life balance which is something you will not find anywhere else in the golf business. At Play-a-Round Golf we also have a profit-sharing plan and still are looking for the right opportunity to add a 3rd and 4th store in the near future.
