Elite Holistic Golf Coach
If you are obsessed with players improving and love seeing their game transform, we invite you to consider our elite holistic golf coaching position. You are more than just a swing coach; you deeply desire to build relationships with players, empowering, encouraging, and equipping them with the tools they need to fulfill their unique golfing potential. You have a strong understanding of cause and effect in the swing, the body’s impact on the swing, the importance of course management, mental fortitude, and how equipment can influence a player’s performance. You believe that with a deep understanding of the swing, proper feedback, training aids, and constant contact with the player, they will improve through a proven, bulletproof system.

As a coach, you will be part of a nationally ranked team working together to enhance each player’s journey, focusing on skill, body, and mind. This role is a contract opportunity with the chance to advance to a lead instructor and potential ownership of other Golf Room facilities.
Responsibilities

Guide players to build a consistent shot using The Golf Room/Kyle Morris training method

Teach across all aspects: swing, short game, putting, and course management
-
Conduct on-course lessons, teaching course management strategies using The Golf Room frameworks
-
Mentor elite junior academy players, helping them develop both in golf and personally
-
Use CoachNow to track player progress, providing practice plans, videos, and lesson recaps
-
Maintain detailed player notes to track progress and provide a clear roadmap for improvement
-
Provide homework and follow-up to ensure players have the tools to meet their goals
-
Regularly meet with management to ensure job satisfaction and discuss improvements
Requirements
-
At least four years of full-time teaching experience
-
Proficient in Titleist Performance Institute methodologies
-
Follower of The Golf Room/Kyle Morris teaching methodology
-
Expertise with Trackman, D-Plane, Sportsbox, and ground force technologies
-
Competitive athlete background
-
Extroverted and humorous personality
-
Excellent communicator, able to use analogies, stories, and parables effectively
-
Detail-oriented, capable of creating customized practice plans for players
-
Deep understanding of proper swing techniques through video analysis
-
Obsessed with self-improvement and being the best version of yourself
-
Coachable and a team player
Results

Teach 800+ lessons annually
-
Maintain a full book of business within 3-6 months
-
Provide thorough practice plans post-lesson
-
Consistently deliver high-quality lessons that meet brand standards

Introduce new ideas to management to improve customer experience

Collaborate effectively with management and other teachers

Dublin, Ohio (Columbus, Ohio, top 0.5% school districts in America)
Relocation stipend available
